Questions & Answers
On arrival day, your room will be available from 3:00 PM. On the departure day, we request that you check out by 11:00 AM.
If you stay in Obertauern on your departure day, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
Standard Rate
Guaranteed booking:
With your deposit, we book 40% of the total price of the stay, so this booking is guaranteed and we keep the room (s) free for you for the entire stay.
CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN WRITTEN FORM.
Cancellation Policy:

- Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
- 30 – 59 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 10 – 29 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- From 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance now to be covered in case of an unexpected cancellation.
To pay your hotel bill, our team at the front desk accepts cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and Amex. An ATM (for cash withdrawals) is available at FREUDENHAUS. All prices are in euros and are inclusive of all taxes and local taxes.
Our reception can hand you ski passes out from 08.00 am – 9.30 pm from 1 to 8 days. You can pay the ski pass at your Check-Out or directly at the reception.
In the room categories “Standard” double room, “Superior” double room, “Deluxe” double room and in our Junior Suite, one garage parking space per room is already reserved and included in the room price.
Depending on occupancy, we are happy to reserve a parking space in our garage for EUR 30,- per night.
Otherwise you are welcome to park your car in one of our parking spaces next to the hotel.
Of course you can take your beloved dog for EUR 35,00 per night with you.
Our FREUDENHAUS ski rental is located directly opposite the hotel (20m).
As a hotel guest you will receive a discount of up to 10% on your ski rental.
If you would like to book your equipment from home, you are welcome to do so online. Here, you will also receive a discount of up to 20% on the rental and your skis will be ready for you upon arrival!
From arrival to departure, your holiday in our hotels should be as pleasant as possible.
That’s why we offer our guests a Late Check-Out on request and subject to availability.
